Recently I have been going on and on and on about guacamole and to finish this Mexican dip series this is a little video I threw together of making guacamole. It's just to test if this video recipe thing works. I know I should have taped myself making guacamole for this to be a real guacamole recipe video but for the first try I have just put together instructions with some pictures. I think it's a pretty nice video with all the green colors and ingredients edited in Photoshop. Anyway - this is a really simple guacamole recipe but this is how I prepare guacamole most of the time because it tastes great!
So until nex guacamole outburst this is it...I think. Next time I will be hopefully back with some other recipes.
