Making Homemade Thin Pancakes
The first step includes separating the egg white from egg yolk for two eggs. This can be done by simply making a crack on the top of the egg and keeping a container beneath it. A tea filter can solve the purpose for separating the yolk and white, effectively.
The next step is to beat the eggs after adding ¼ salt to it, until it becomes stiff. For this job, you can make use of a portable blender.
Then you need to put in sugar, almost 70 grams to the mixture and then beat it manually.
In the next step, you will require 20ml of milk which would be added to the above mixture and will be whisked using the traditional method.
After adding, milk, salt and sugar with egg white, you have to put sieved flour, almost 110 grams. This will make it a thick batter and so it needs to be mixed well.
Now, pour the batter from a sieved filter so as to reduce clumps. If you see any clumps forming in the batter, simply whisk the clumps and they will be done.
You can add alcohol to the mixture, but if you do not prefer using alcohol, then you can add RUM.
You can use whisk to mix the batter and the egg white which is stifled.
Now, take a small saucer and add salad oil to it. Then get some tissues, fold it carefully and put it in oil. You can remove the tissue paper, until it soaks up the oil.
In the next step, take the soaked tissues and spread them evenly around a pan.
Now, transfer the batter of pancake into the pan and spread it uniformly by tilting it. This will help to evenly spread the mixture in the pan.
On low or medium heat, cook the pancake and flip them at proper intervals. This will make your pancakes tastier and evenly cooked.
